Whether we’d recommend you purchase Haven ‘play passes‘ for your holiday or not is a totally individual choice, and is all dependent on what it is you’d like from your break. Families opt for Haven parks based on their location, and more often than not, the parks are close to beaches, lakes, scenic walks and other amenities. In addition to this there are usually restaurants, pubs and entertainment in surrounding local areas. There also tends to be some facilities on site that you do not need passes to access, such as outdoor play areas & sport courts, as well as food venues and the arcade (though this varies between parks). A lot of our guests find that there is plenty for them to see and do, without purchasing a play pass.
The main advantage of having a play pass for the duration of your break, is that it allows access to the evening entertainment venues and shows, as well as the swimming facilities. There are also various other bookable activities (+additional cost), that require you have a play pass in order to partake. It is worth noting that all of these are subject to availability & so in busier periods, we highly recommend booking in advance if you’re interested.
The choice is entirely yours as to whether you feel you and your party would benefit from purchasing play passes for your break, we’d recommend viewing the great facilities that your park has to offer online before making your decision.
Once your holiday balance has been paid in full (and if it is within 12 weeks of your arrival), we are able to register your break with Haven, who will then send you a link allowing you to make the purchase if you wish.
