Register your arrival 

To comply with government and Haven regulations following the COVID-19 pandemic all guests arriving on any Haven holiday park must pre register their arrival with Haven so they know exactly who are on their holiday park's at all times.

Step 1. Click on Register an arrival

Step 2. DO NOT CLICK ON ‘ SIGN IN ‘ 

Step 3. Click CONTINUE WITHOUT SIGN IN ( if prompted )

Step 4 Enter the account number which we gave you in your arrival instructions, this will start with 2 letters ie RE, PV, TB, BD

Step 5 Enter your own email address

Step 6 Click Guest Registration 

Then click Next ,work your way through the form, once completed Haven will email you with your ‘ arrival on park ‘ instructions.

Please note - OUR GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER OUR CARAVANS BEFORE 3PM SO PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ANY ARRIVAL TIME BEFORE 3PM
Once registered you will receive instructions on how to download your car pass ( required to access the holiday park )
